Masinagudi

Just 30 kilometers away from the famous Hill-station Ooty, lies Masinagudi. It is located in the Nilgiris district of Tamil Nadu and is one of the five ranges in Mudumalai National park.

Mudumalai wildlife sanctuary has also got more than 260 species of birds which account for eight percent of bird species in India, these bird species includes rare birds like Malabar grey hornbill, Malabar pied hornbill, Malabar laughing thrush, Frog mouths and a variety of woodpeckers.
